This is a paid internship. Second-year master’s level interns receive a monthly stipend of $1,000.
College Credit: Interns earn the required clinical hours for completion of their internship, which fulfill practicum/internship credit requirements through their academic program.

About the Role

We’re looking for graduate students ready to do meaningful clinical work with kids who’ve been through hard things. Complete your practicum or second-year internship providing therapy to children and adolescents—many with trauma histories, developmental disabilities, or autism. You’ll carry a caseload of individual, family, and group therapy under licensed clinical supervision.

What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from intake through discharge
Participate in weekly individual and group supervision
Maintain clinical documentation
Support clients during crisis moments when needed

What We’re Looking For

Currently enrolled in a master’s program in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related human services field
Interest in working with children and teens who’ve faced adversity
Basic family therapy skills and theoretical foundation
Previous experience with children and families preferred
Openness to creative interventions—art, music, animal-assisted therapy
